Donnie was professional and was patient with me and explained everything that needed to be done to my 4Runner. They had to keep my vehicle over the weekend. Donnie provided transportation to and from my home.
2 1/2 hours waiting for oil change and pricing . Ridiculous
Great service! Zach was very professional. Good communication and follow up. Reviewed the recommended repairs. At no time did I feel pressured to do any of the repairs. I would highly recommend Zach for future service needs.

He has been great. He calls and shows that he cares. I would be mad and frustrated with situations like this with my car but I know with Zach working with me he has made it where he truly cares and doing everything he can. He is the best!
The Mechanic has overfilled the water engine coolant and oil when they serviced mine. Good thing I have the tools and I have extracted 1 bottle full and another with half bottle full of the pink coolant. I'm not sure if this was intentional or what but this is unacceptable and very incompetent service. If these noticeable areas of service are already obvious, what more with those other major parts that can pose harm to the vehicle or the human beings using the cars you're servicing? This is beyond ridiculous! I'm very disappointed!
Car brought in for a minor fender bender & they did not replace the broke. Sensor multiple times.
