Zach is very professional & always honors me with his attention to my car’s condition & needs. He communicates clearly & respectfully and does not try to get me to spend money on things I don’t need. His manner is never patronizing, which means SO MUCH to me as a female customer! It is wonderful for me to have a service advisor that I trust and have full confidence in!

2.5 hrs for routine maintenance with an appt is absurd. Only to be told 2 nails in side wall of tire so they Only changed the oil in 2.5 hrs. Took my car to Discount tire to be told it was wire in the top rubber creating zero issues with the tire (DT done Toyota ‘s job) I went back by toyota today expressed my concerns ask why my car wasn’t washed & vacuumed was told oh give me a minute I will send right to Detailing 1.5 hrs no wash and a 3yr old could have vacuumed much more thoroughly. Sad & totally disappointed. DO betterJA Toyota … Family Toyota in TX could certainly teach your people a few things. And just an observation : you have you female sales employees tucking their shirts in wearing pants that are to tight showing ever crack & hump, yet allowing tattoos, piercings and pink/purple hair. So unprofessional looking . Also employees sitting eating at their work areas when i walked up being told I am at lunch until 1 … then don’t sit where guest come in and expect to be helped. Over all rating from 1-10 i would have to say maybe a 2 sad sad DO better please !!!

Not sure if they did not plug in something correctly or the broke it on purpose due to the fact that I had nothing wrong. But when I left and got home and restarted my car none of my tire sensors was working. (Not sure how all that works) but very oddly they must of known they did something because ive been dealing with yall for years and my car has never been running while they come inside to get me to sighn paper work and give me keys.

Jaylen was completely professional and helpful. He listened to my needs and concerns. When I returned the next day for my appointment he remembered our conversation from the day before. He was sensitive to the fact I had been there for 3 1/2 hours ????

You would not honor the Toyota recall for a loner car. So you did not service my car. I have reported Allen Toyota to Toyota corporate I have been a customer for years. I am now totally disgusted with Allen Toyota. It is not the amount of money but the fact that you are not following the corp recall procedure. What else do you cheat on.

The last 2 visits I’ve had with my Toyota Tundra , told I would be needing tires. My last visit last week just broke 20,000 miles. Asked representatives 2 different times on why. Have Falken tires on truck with a Michelin spare? I have asked a couple times for service manager to return my phone number and I guess never made it to his desk. We have 3 JA Toyota vehicles in our driveway now. We would like to know where we have to go from.

Kaylee went beyond customer service by explaining everything that my vehicle will need and what was done. Just her great attitude made the time spent there waiting just fine. I will go back anytime if she is handling the service that I will need for my vehicle. She made me feel as a customer I was appreciated by bring my vehicle in to J.Allen. I did not have a good service visit last year when I felt just another number and to go away.
