Mr. Crouse has been my service advisor for a while now. He has always recommended services that are needed for my vehicles. While my vehicle is in the shop he is very communicative with me. I currently own three Toyota and will be using Mr. Crouse for my services on my vehicles.

Everything was great except for getting status on your vehicle when it's in the company's possession. I had to continue to contact the advisor or company to get a status update, when I think I should of just been notified. But everything else was amazing especially AJ.

They don't listen to you they took something off my car and put it on my dashboard so I go inside and talk to Mr Richard and ask him what is this and whoever took it from him she was very rude slamming my car door I don't think I would ever buy another Toyota from there I am looking into Chevrolets I will also tell my friends how I was treated
