The wait time is too long. Always has been. Another woman said the same. What ever happened to the phrase "service after the sale"? My time is valuable to me. The woman I was talking to feels the same. Thanks for listening.

Confusing video info and suggested additional work. Speaking to a person about is impossible when calling. Calls transfer to a voice message and no one calls back. If receptionist answers she transfer call to unanswered extension. It took me a very long time to make the appointment and still, was unable to speak to tech or person about what was being suggested. One on one info was next to impossible. It was no better in March when I last had car serviced. Dread going back for next oil change. I am NOT a fan of your phone system at all .
