Great experience and service
He's the best customer service agent. On the block tree, simply he treats ppl like they supposed to be treated takes time and care with every customer. Even when I see my other customers giving the same treatment. That's for me with other people. I'm not saying that all the other, service counselors, whatever I'll you call them. Don't do a good job because they all do, but zach goes up and beyond the Call of Duty. Appreciate him and he needs a raise. He probably needs to be head of training. Customer service with all the people that work with toyota, and we thank you very much

my work sheet did not say i had a tire rotation and i should have. i may have gotten it but its nice to see in black and white after all that’s what the sheet is for

I arrived for scheduled appointment at 9:30. It was for 30,000 maintenance. I left 5 hours later! I have never had an experience like this! Apparently there was an issue with balancing my tires? Just did not sound right to me. AJ was very apologetic and gave me his card in case I had any problems. I cannot fault him for what happened but I really think this was inexcusable. They should have at least offered me a car. My 98 year old mother was home alone all that time. Not happy!
