Ariana needs more experience. We had an expensive issue and we don’t think she expended any effort on our behalf. We got unfavorable news by text when a call was promised. Our Tundra has a defective front camera and Toyota acknowledged the problem but refused to step up and do the right thing and fix the problem. Instead they said tough luck, it’s not within the standard warranty. Apparently the extended warranty we purchased from you isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Your message to us through Ariana was if we wanted it fixed, we had to pay for it. With all the 2022 Tundra problems, I think Toyota is losing its reputation for quality. Interestingly, J Allen didn’t step up either. We’re finished with Toyota and J Allen Toyota. We traded out Tundra on a truck from a competitor, today. J Allen and Toyota had a chance to shine with some good-will on a troubled vehicle and chose to pass up an opportunity to keep a customer that purchases a lot of cars and trucks. Up until this event, there were many thing we liked about Toyota and the dealership but when treated poorly, we don’t get angry, we just walk away and share our experience with whoever chooses to listen.

Kaylee Rodgers was great. She came to me in the waiting room when it was time to give me information, when she needed my consent, and when my car was ready. She was very polite and very sweet and nice to me!!
It took 2 hours to tell me they can’t change a fog light bulb. Told me it’s time for tires and I have 2 new tires on my vehicle, that was not true.
Would not turn off my maintenance light. I had to argue to get it turned off.

I have serviced both of my vehicles with J. Allen since I purchased 2013 and 2021 without issue. Today, I scheduled for regular maintenance( oil change etc.) and belt check. Over 2hrs later, I didn’t get the maintenance I scheduled. I let Jonathan know that my drive side door handle was loose, but still attached. My door handle was placed in my cup holder, and Jonathan told me it was detached during service.
Everyone I encountered, especially Jonathan, was very friendly, helpful and professional. My service was completed in record time.
