Service writer was perfect had 2 clock appointment arrive 5 minutes early 315 sent text yall were 2 hours behind I had leave but service writer was super nice

I went in to get a tire fixed, took 3 hrs. They said it was done got in my vehicle and light was still on and there was only 23 pounds of air in my tire. They had to redo my tire. I hope my next service will be better.
JT was great when I called to get information on what service was due on my truck. Very helpful and polite and very informative. The information he gave me over the phone helped me make the decision I needed to go ahead and pay for 3 more upcoming oil change service the day of service.

ToyotaCare coverage up to 36,000 miles is a joke at this dealership. I can drop my car off in the morning, and they won’t even start an oil change or look at the vehicle until 5:30 PM. A simple service turns into an all-day ordeal, which makes the “free maintenance” basically worthless.
That’s just one piece of a bigger pattern. Since buying my car here, it has been constant problems:
Warranty refusal: Tires that came with the car should have been covered under Bridgestone/Toyota warranty. Instead of helping, the dealership blamed me for the damage, even though tread was already down to 1 and 3 in the rear.
Safety concerns: Within months, I was told the strut was bent and nothing would be covered. Selling a car in that condition raises major concerns about whether inspections were even done.
Financial damage: I’ve already spent thousands of dollars fixing issues on a car that should have been road-ready.
Customer service failures: Every interaction is defensive, dismissive, and unhelpful. No one takes accountability, no one escalates issues, and no one acts in good faith to resolve problems.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s systemic negligence. Toyota corporate should audit J. Allen Toyota immediately. Customers deserve safe vehicles, honest inspections, and efficient service, not excuses and finger-pointing.
Dante kept me well informed of the status of my vehicle. He explained to me all the services that need to be done on my Rav 4.

I feel like service recommended should have been taken care of when I purchased my vehicle 2 months ago. Why do I need an alignment on a new purchase? Also why do the breaks and spare tire need replacing. I just purchased this vehicle
