Zach was great. Very personable and professional. Called to report status as he promised. Unfortunately the rude guy in the service dept needs to go. When I said it had been 3 days without a vehicle..he told me to rent one. Then he hung up on me. Wish I'd gotten his name. Not sure I'll be coming back to this particular dealer for service. Keep Zach..get rid of the other guy.

Team did a good job with my maintenance. One problem when I ask a question about the auto drive mode the advice guy did not know how to answer the question on how to activate it.

The service team was great and even offered to bring me and my son to get food while we waited. The problem was found when I drove to Walmart on Sunday (the day after the service). There is a panel hanging down under the car and looks like wires are dragging out of it. When I drive down the road it sounds like live wires and rubbing against something. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Very nice. It seemed like she was working alone and the service area was very busy. She probably could have used help. A lot of employees were walking in circles and not helping customers.
