I am well satisfied with Rose Monzingo’s service. However, the person that answers the phone needs to be replaced. She is away from her desk too much, too long and talks to other staff members . I called about my truck three times before someone answered the phone , then directed my call to a wrong person. This happened twice in two days. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with Allen Toyota. Ennis J

I’m never completely satisfied. Your maintenance technicians always seem to **** something up on my truck, and I have to bring it back up there. However, it doesn’t matter that I complain about the **** service because your company doesn’t care anyway.

The lower part of my driver’s seat came completely loose after my vehicle was serviced. An advisor took photos of it and told me that he would bring it up to his manager and call me back to discuss on how it can get resolved but I never received a call back.
