Im a patient person but I had my appointment at 430 but I got there around 345. I didn’t leave til 6. And my car was ready but nobody brought my keys in. Everything was unorganized. And the message was still on my board when I got ready to go. So no my experience wasn’t good.
Zach was a pleasure to deal with. So very nice!! Hope he stays around for a VERY LONG time!!

After I got to the dealer to get service at my 10 am appointment, all was okay . But telephone experience was awful before that!
The filters that were supposed to be changed during my warranty oil change were sitting in the boxes unopened in my passenger seat when my car was given back to me. I assumed they were empty boxes and the technician had left trash in my car. It wasn’t until I got home and checked the boxes that I found they contained the new filters. How can I trust that my oil was changed as they said? This is just another mistake in a very long list of mistakes that Toyota service has made with this vehicle and my previous vehicle.

Rose is wonderful!!! Always makes sure that things are done or gives me the why something isn’t done. Constantly keeping me updated when I’m waiting on service being done.

Scheduled transmission flush and tire rotation. Didn't do tire rotation! Had to ask them to do it eventhough Id verified 3 times prior to drop off. Then they said itll take 30 more minutes only to them tell me that service men were going to take lunch and that it would take even longer. I spoke to Darryl, service manager, only offered apology. I would love to speak to someone about my experience because this was unacceptable!!
Wife called and scheduled the service. Dropped off the car. The service was scheduled for a vehicle we haven’t owned in years. She got there and they asked for the Camry and we scheduled for the sequoia. As a result we were told it was going to take longer. For some reason they called me with a service recommendation. I did not drop off the car. I wasn’t in town. Why didn’t you call her? As a result it was further delayed. We were quoted a price for maintenance when we scheduled and was charged more. Got $700 worth of recommended services and all of it is bs. Left my maintenance light on after that was on for an oil change. Left old sticker on windshield. I’m not even sure you actually did anything to my vehicle. I asked for only an oil change and tire rotation. Why can’t you just do what we asked for?
