I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM to get my windshield replaced. It wasn't ready until almost 6. I understand there were some difficulties getting the front camera to reset, but based on the notifications I got on the toyota app they didn't start working on it until about 2 PM. What was the point in me dropping it off in the morning, and structuring my day around this, if the car was just going to sit there for most of the day? This has been a consistent theme with the service dept where I have to reschedule appts, or appts take way longer than promised. I'm not sure if the dept is understaffed or overbooked, but either way it needs to be addressed. I will be going anywhere else in the future besides J allen Toyota for services and repair. P.S. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I asked to the air pressure checked on all tires and missing valve stem cap replaced. I was told the tires would be rotated and pressure adjusted. NONE OF WHICH WAS DONE.
JT was great to work with. He was able to get my car in quickly when I recieved a hybrid malfunction error code and thankfully it was an easy fix. Everyone at JAllen has always been very professional

When I called to check on the status of my vehicle the first time , a tech said all parts had arrived and they will be beginning work. When I called in the afternoon, a tech said all parts had not arrived and the rest of the parts would arrive at 2pm, and my vehicle would have to stay overnight. The next day I called in the am and was told my vehicle would be ready at lunch time. I called at 12ish and all members were on lunch and no one could tell me if it was ready for pick. This experience has been very unorganized especially since that’s my primary mode of transportation and had to use Ubers to and from work etc
