My car is running great and I appreciate the easy to schedule appointment program online. I did wait for my vehicle for 6 hours today for an oil change and 60,000 scheduled maintenance. Was told at 2pm after 5 hours of waiting in the building that the engine cleaning machine was acting up. Wish there was more transparency about what issues were going on so I could have just gotten an oil change and left. Was waiting from 9am until 3:20pm for a service that should have had me out by noon. I’ve been going to Toyota dealerships for over 20 years and never had to wait that long for basic maintenance.
Dante kept me informed about the repair on my car which I really appreciated. His politeness and kindness kept me calm during the repair process. Thank you!

An oil change and alignment don’t take four hours to do! Plus we waited all that time and none of the employees came to give us any updates either.

Add an appointment at 3:00 but it took more than 2 hours to get the work done. That really is a bit much
Great place to buy a car or truck
Dante was absolutely amazing! It was a busy busy day for him and the department! He maintained his composure and professionalism throughout and made sure we stayed informed. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered all my (many) questions with patience and clarity. Dante is a gem!
He is knowledgeable friendly, and willing to listen to your concerns. Will recommend any additional service to keep your vehicle in top running condition, but not pushy. I have been a customer with Allen Toyota since 2006 one of the best service writers I’ve worked with.
