Asked the service advisor when I brought the car in to clean the inside of the window where oil change stickers have left a gummy residue and to put air in the spare tire. He assured me they would take care of it. Neither were done. The car sat out in the finished area for a good 20 minutes before they checked me out. Total time approximately 1 1/2 hours which is an improvement over the 2 plus hours it took the last time.
Kaylee did an awesome job on keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle as it being serviced. Thank you.
