I made my service appointment for the express purpose of correcting a problem with my tire pressure sensor.
It took repeated attempts to try and schedule an appointment. I was referred repeatedly to the website, which does not work for scheduling appointments.
I stated that since the car would be there for the tire sensor that they should also check to see if it was due for an oil change.
I was on time for my appointment and after 4 1/2 hours my car was the last car released in the afternoon. The oil had been changed and the tire pressure sensor was still malfunctioning.
He was very courteous and helpful. Was able to get all of my questions answered.
Kaylee Rogers was really good with handling may service and is very knowledgeable about vehicle service. She is very polite and is very professional. Thank you Kaylee

The lack of communication is frustrating. I only received an update when I called before I headed that way. They told me they weren’t able to replace my radio, but on the way there, I received a text from AJ stating my vehicle was ready and it was serviced. I got there and it was not done. No one was able to help me due to the service department being gone for the day. Thankfully I talked to John today. He informed me they ordered the wrong radio after waiting since June!! He was very helpful though, we figured out a plan for when the radio does come in. I’m thankful for John. I do hope the service department improves soon because every time I go for something, the communication is poor.
Every thing from when I brought my truck in for service until I came to pick it up Zack and his team did an excellent job getting my truck in a great shape .. I thank Zack and all his very much for a great services.. job well done !!
Thoroughly informed of plan for service. Was updated as needed for additional service needed and given option to accept or decline. Smooth flowing process.
Great service as always. But, could the mechanics please set everything back how it originally arrived. Older people can't don't know how to fix.
My a/c works all the time now. Whats NOT to be joyous of in South MS.
