It took over 2 hours to change 1 tire and in the process my drivers side window was cracked. I am satisfied that J Allen is making it right by replacing my window. It’s a 30 minute drive there and back so I’m not happy that I have to come back to get this fixed but I will.

I was there from a little after ten and about two hours later they called me to let me know that I was ready to pay and leave. No one came to let me know if I needed other things to be done. So I feel that the quality of service has gone down since I first got my car.

We buy the extended warranty just to get told we need to pay $190 for them to look at a problem and to telll us if it’s covered.
Rose went over and above to make sure my visit was good. She even let me know that an uber could pick me up if I was unable to get a ride to pick up my car. She kept me updated on all the work done on my car
