Jaylen was great. Took my car right away. He also was great about communicating and understood what I wanted out of my car service appointment! Very pleased.
It should not take 1 hr and 45 min to do a tire rotation; and that’s without balancing!
I appreciate Zach Corbin's technical knowledge and expertise and the quick and courteous way he addresses my concerns. I try to deal with him exclusively whenever I schedule an appointment and bring my vehicle in for service.
Friendly..informative and courteous..he is a fine young man and an asset to your business.
Dante’ was fantastic! Our only complaint is that 2 hours is entirely too long to wait for an oil change!

Took entirely too long. My appointnent was at 8:15, I got my car back at 10:00.
Great job and great team. Dante was very helpful and extra courteous!
My husband tried contacting the service manager about an issue we had and no one contacted him like he was told they would. On another note, I tried to be personable with my advisor but he was dry and inamicable. On top of that, I do not appreciate the comment he made about my car being past due for service. I am well aware how far past due it was and it was due to circumstances out of my control. I did not need to be made to feel bad about it. The only person I had a pleasant experience with was Jaylin (spelling?).
7:15appt. Checked in at 7:09. By 9:00, I had no update by staff. When I inquired about “how much longer?” Your staff member said “I don’t even know who you are.”
All in all , if the tire rotation and oil change were not covered by my plan; I would go somewhere else and get it done in 15 minutes-45 minutes.
I will probably do so next time.

The wait time was fun . I loved the Christmas music and listening to employees coming up with a jingle for new ad. It was a fun atmosphere!!
