You all need to make details more clear on both warranties when someone is buying a vehicle. Being told it covers everything but belts and bolts, only to be told the first the extended warranty needed to be used it pretty much did not cover anything that needed to be done. Last time I saw a cabin filter it is not a belt or a bolt so it should have been covered. These details should be made way more clear

I dropped my car off for an oil change and a tire rotation. After the service was done I picked my car up and when I got onto the interstate I noticed my tires had a slight tumbling feeling. I’m not sure if they put on the right amount of weights or in the correct spot but I definitely didn’t have that issue before dropping it off.
Ariana made it so easy. The service didn’t take long and all involved were very professional and helpful.
Dante kept me up to date with everything that was going on. Was very respectful and easy to communicate with.

Did not get what i expected, when I asked got a bs answer
Ive been coming here for service over 2 years. First, I made an appointment but it did not get registered. I drive 38 miles to get here. I called on my way to confirm and they didnt have my appointment confirmed. It seems I was worked in anyway upon hearing of what happened I had to wait almost 3 hours for just a routine oil change and multi point check.I usually have an employee greet me with my results but I had to keep checking on why I was still having to wait. I didn't get my senior discount either. I come here because I believe dealerships are held to a higher quality standard. I want to continue coming to service my car but wanted you to know my experience.

I asked for a panel in my rear wheel well to be re-attended and didn’t notice until I was already home it wasn’t touched. Was very disappointed after paying $300 for service on my car.

I really wasn’t 100% satisfied. I don’t want to be disparaging because JT was absolutely 100% fine. My issue is that when you know that a recall will take a longish time you need to ensure the owner knows before they arrive. It was awesome that JT said JAllen would provide an Uber to take me home because of the long work period but I had plans for multiple errands that day. So either ensure before they know the long repair period in advance or offer a loaner car so I could still get my tasks done.

I needed just my dog light bulb to be changed along with my routine oil change and tire rotation service. Arrived at 7am was helped pretty quickly. At 10am I finally asked what was taking so long and apparently the wrong parts were brought out to do my service. Then when I go to pay I’m being charged $550.00 for an out change, tire rotation, and fog light bulb replacement. When I asked why it was so much, they had replaced the entire fog light outlet and everything to do with the fog light when absolutely nothing was wrong other than a burnt bulb. So after 3 hours of waiting for simple service I had to wait even longer so they could correct their mistake. My team advisor Rose was wonderful. She did everything right. It was the actual service people that messed up and what should have taken maybe an hour and a half ended up being 4 hours for nothing. This ain’t the first time I’ve had issues with them not fulfilling their duties and doing the correct task. Very disappointing.
When I purchased the vehicle, I was offered the tire service plan (through Gulf State). I was told it would last the life of the auto loan, which made sense since it was financed into the loan. I find out today, when I needed it most, it ended in September 2025. When I called to make the appointment I noted that my tire is punctured but that I have a service plan and want to get it checked, it would have been helpful to know prior to arriving that the plan was expired (or even to have received some sort of notice at any point explaining the length of the plan). In short, I felt confidence in knowing my plan through my dealer had my back but unfortunately I left with my donut tire still on. I can’t pay dealer price for something a local tire shop can do for half as much
