Just don’t like waiting for 2 hours. I understand that that’s the norm. Oh please put something on that TV besides this advertisements. No one watches that. Give us the remote too.

Was never able to speak to a human to schedule service, had to physically drive in, I called, then transferred to service, then notified they were busy and couldn’t speak, then prompted to leave voicemail, next asked if I wanted text, said yes, received text message asking if I had a question (after I just explained on voicemail), then text message started and then would go silent, this was then repeated several times with same result until I physically drive into the dealership and spoke with a rep in person.
I was surprised it only took 45 minutes the last time I was there it was a hour and 15 minutes
Rose was extremely thorough in explaining the upcoming process of handling a recall on my car. She was professional and articulate. I look forward to working with her again.

Found out that JAllen misrepresented themselves when I purchased my vehicle. But just to blatantly lie about the service on, it is not professional. Lied to get more money from me on payments and not receive what JAllen’s representative had told me. Now if asked about JAllen I will be truthful with people. I was going to do some more business with JAllen but not now.
Dante took good care of us and our car.
The response by Total Warranty Services was an intention,bad faith breach of contract and will result in consequences.
