I took my car to the shop (i had an appointment) and i left it there at 8:00 am , and i call to see if i car was finished about 3 something and it was told to me that the technician never looked at my car, all that time and they told me to bring it back the next day. I thought what a waste of my time. My car was up there all day and they said the reason for the technician not getting to my car was that they had to take car of Saturday cars first , i was pissed
It was completed in a timely manner and the price you cannot beat!

JALLEN .. Always does an Amazing job
When I originally had my vehicle inspected, I agreed with the service adviser and mechanic, I agreed with the service plan and pre-paid for all parts and labor in hopes of getting my vehicle serviced and returned in a timely manner once the 1 missing part arrived. Instead, after 2 weeks of silence, I reached out to the service department requesting an update. At that time, they scheduled my service appointment but for another week later. I dropped my vehicle off 3 days prior to my scheduled appt due to going out of town. I expected to hear something about the status of my vehicle on the day of my appointment, but instead had to, again, call the service desk 3 days later to get an update, in which I was told it was ready for pick up. I immediately left to retrieve my vehicle and was informed I would be receiving a refund because my vehicle doesn’t even come equipped with the issue the mechanic said was causing the noises. So, I sign for and receive my refund and returned home. Once home, I compared my original work order/receipt with the refund and discovered they only refunded me for the parts and not the labor they charged to install said part(s). So, I called the service dept again and was told I’d get a call back from my service adviser but that never happened. I’ll be contacting them again tomorrow to figure out this labor overcharge.

My car wasn't serviced as service personnel said. My coolant was not full after the service. The service tech stated that my differentials were checked, but I know that they weren't because I put paint marks on all plugs before I take it in for service. I have photos of all this as proof. Im not sure if the oil was actually changed since they lied about the other stuff. I was also redflagged as critical for tire balancing issues, but how can you tell if tires are out of balance if you never put wheels on balancing machine to check. I don't trust j allen anymore.
I'm not happy with the service department and I don't like to be deceived
Very unsatisfied with service department. Had a scheduled 8 am appointment for oil change. Arrived on time and no reps outside to meet me when I pulled into service lane. Not that big a deal but found it unusual. Walked in for help. I saw on the app
That my car had been sitting for 20 plus minutes locked so I went to ask about it. Was 10:10 when I received my car. After I left got a text at 10:25 that my vehicle was finally ready. I told the service person that I was waiting on the vehicle so don't know why it was parked in the lot. 2+ hours for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable. This also happened on my previous oil change as well. So this time I made my appointment first thing in the morning to avoid the "backup" situation that I was told was the reason for the 2 hour wait on the first oil change for this vehicle. This is my 4th new Toyota from J Allen and did not have this poor service with the first 3.
