Got an oil change and a few days later had an oil leak took couple of days to get it "looked" at just to find alot of oil residue but being an aircraft mechanic oil doesn't just leak in one spot and no compensation just awful service all together prolly never going back for anything at all

Once again, my maintenance light was not reset. WHY? Wouldn't that be the FIRST thing the tech should do??? Now I either need to come back to the dealer or find another who can TEACH me how to reset things because this WILL happen again. I realize y'all are mega busy, but come on....
Zach Corbin is always great!! He even got the recall issue taken care of, while my car was at the dealership.. He arranged transportation for me to get to work and back to the dealership that evening.. Very pleased with my service and whole experience..

The first guy that I checked in with was not kind or friendly. I sat for two hours even with an appointment when Walmart does oil changes with no appointment in less than an hour. What is the point of scheduling an appointment when you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for something I personally can do at home? The only positive from my experience was the guy who I signed out with when leaving. He was very kind and friendly and answered some of my questions very respectfully. The second guy was amazing, perfect for customer service. The first dude should not be working in customer service at all.
