I had an oil change and tire rotation completed under my Toyota care package. I waited about an hour so timing wasn’t bad at all. However, I’m at my 10,000 miles mark so one of my recommendations was to get the air filter replaced. It’s right at about $100. Just seems very pricey for the service and wish this was part of my Toyota care.

AJ Crouse did not provide me with any assistance but Zack was the person that greeted me upon my arrival obtained and verified all my information, kept me informed on the progress and reviewed the results of my inspection and service. He was excellent and is clearly a very valuable employee and asset to your company.
