I waited 2.5 hours for my service to be completed. I saw that my truck was done being serviced BUT no one from the desk had informed me about the completion. I literally stood there near the service desk for 30 MINUTES and saw one of the mechanics or whoever drove my truck around the building TWICE within those 30 minutes. One of the reps at the counter asked me how could she help me and I mentioned that I been waiting to be able to get back into my truck. She told me my truck was ready to go and that the paperwork for it had been on their desk and that she didn’t know it was there. This was a pretty bad experience considering that those 30 minutes of my life were wasted due to carelessness and inattentiveness.
I was quoted $240 for a part and charged $276 plus the labor. SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED. I don’t like being lied to

The technician Adam Keen who serviced my car put too much air pressure in my tires (41, 41 on driver's side and 42, 39 on passenger's side). There was a plastic bag from the dealership left on the rug on the passenger side, my thermostat in the car was turned down to the Lo setting, and some type of fluid was spilled outside the driver's door. I called the dealership and informed the supervisor Dennis Watts who informed me that Adam would counseled/spoken to.
Jaylen Peter's got me in and out like i.asked he is a wonderful service adviser he needs a raise and also he deserves to be moved up

I brought in both of my vehicles for their 15k check. The first was completed in a quick and reasonable time frame, the second vehicle was the left there earlier than the scheduled time which was 1:30, my wife then left with the first vehicle and I stayed in the waiting room, at 2:30 I asked how much longer, he took 20 minutes to get me an answer and said "about an hour". At 4 pm I again asked how much longer and he went back and checked and told me the service tech was having trouble with his computer and it would be "at least another hour". At that point I had wasted my entire day on what should have been a 2 to 3 hour job. I then told him to get my vehicle and would get the recall done some other time.

I have never had a service done there on any of our cars that my Oil Change was not reset and my fluids topped off did not happen this time was not Roses fault so no blame to her So do yall not do this anymore?
