I dropped my vehicle off at 12:15 and my car wasn’t ready until 6:00. I did however have two very helpful guys afterwords to help me with an issue with my computer and phone connection. They worked with it for at least 30 minutes or longer. Mr. Berry and another guy (can’t remember his name) were very helpful.

I appreciate the time needed to complete a thorough service....it just seems a long time for oil change, rotate tires, battery connections cleaned and the 32? point inspection to take 3 hours. Perhaps I am ignorant regarding the time needed for these services to be performed. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the service.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Dante. I was very displeased and disappointed with the scheduling of my service. I had an appointment at 4:30 and when I arrived I was told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half before I would receive my service. I made the appointment about 25 minutes beforehand. I think your scheduling department should coordinate with your service department before establishing appointments. Not sure they are well connected.

I waited for almost 3 hours for a routine 10,000 mile service. This is unacceptable especially with a scheduled appointment.

The service manager was phenomenal. The oil change itself was good only problem when I went to get my car all my contents of my glove box was in my passenger seat and the cover was on the floorboard for the cabin filter. I took care of it and put it all back. Would’ve been nice to have it done for me though.
