Upon leaving the Toyota dealership in merging onto the highway, I noticed that my hood was open and almost flipped up, so I had to pull over on the highway to close it. Furthermore, upon inspection, I noticed that the driver side rear center hubcap is missing. I have photos and video of everything. Hoping I can get a replacement center cap or maybe it is still in the shop. Please review your photos and video that your technicians take pictures of my truck so you can validate and see that the center cap was there before service.

What can I say, this gentleman shows the best hospitality and should be recognized for it. He showed patience, respect for customer service and he was very informative with me about my service. He stated as everyone did that day the they where experiencing internet problems but I couldn’t tell because of his professional caricature of his job. He also stated that he was in training for his new position of 2 months. He’s a natural Toyota is blessed to have such an employee. I dropped my car off Friday evening and expected to get it back Saturday afternoon at the latest. Not a single person called or reached out to me after service was completed and it left me not able to get my car back until Monday morning. If I have to go through this every time my car needs a simple service, I’d be best if I just go elsewhere.
