I hit the wrong button. I was not completely satisfied. My tires had 55 pounds of pressure in them. I had to ask for them to be adjusted I asked how long the oil change was good for and I was told 10,000 miles but when I look on the sticker on my windshield, it gives me a 5000 mile timeframe that the oil needs to be changed. Which one is correct? 10,000 miles I was told or the 5000 miles on my sticker. I’d really like to know the answer to this. I I need to know when to bring my car back in.
It required 4 visits to replace the front grille camera. I spent 4 hours on 1/2 to be told the warranty company was not responding to a request for coverage information. I was asked to return on Monday. I returned on Monday 1/5 and waited for 3 hours just to find out the part was not in inventory. Because my car had started service I was given a rental. The rental personnel did a great job. The part was supposed to arrive on Thursday 1/8 but the wrong part was ordered. I was told the correct part would be there on Saturday and I would get a call. The call never came but I needed to return the rental car so I drove to the dealership. I was told the part arrived and it would be installed. After over 2 hours I was told the shipper showed the part arrived but it could not be found. I had no more rental coverage so my car was returned to me. The camera had been removed and was sitting in a cup holder. The plastic radiator and engine cover plastic push pins were all removed and sitting unattached in the engine bay. I discovered them at a later date after hearing rattling. I had a trip scheduled so I left town until the 21st. I called to schedule an appointment and was given one on 1/26. I arrived at 10:30 for the 4th visit and sat until 4:30 to install an item with 2 bolts and 8 plastic push pins. I have been an Allen Toyota customer since 1986. Service used to excellent. I am sorry to say it may be worth my time to go to another dealership.
Was charged for a vehicle that was still under factory warranty.truck is still not fixed!

3 hour oil change is too much of a wait time
Came in 745am and didn't get car till after 5... was for routine check. Should have called me mid day to let me know car status. Zach Dean was one bright spot late in the day when he called and walked through resolution and pickup of my car. He was methodical, careful and polite. I am ok now and will be more focused on results when car comes in next so this doesn't happen again.
Dante was very good in keeping me up to date on my truck. He worked hard to get me back on the road. The service I got from Dante was excellent

I had a 7:30 appointment for a tire rotation. There were already seven cars in the service line when I arrived. I was checked in rather promptly but told that it would be at least an hour wait and more likely an hour and a half. Why schedule so many for the same time? Why not space customers out? Why schedule knowing there will be a 90 minute wait.
Finished after an hour and a half, exactly what I was told.
