When I pulled up no one came outside. I waited 2-3 minutes and went inside. My appointment was at 1:15. So when it was 2:50 and I hadn't been called I approached the counter. My ticket had been laying up there for no telling how long. I didn't even get an oil change.

AJ was great. Communicated with me along the way and did what he could to make things better. My problem is I was told that the noises being made were from my control arms, so I got it replaced. $1,500 later, the noise was still happening so I brought it back. It took over a week for yall to determine the noise was coming from my tires. That is ridiculous!

Worst service ever from my service advisor I trusted him and all I receive back is being over charged starting with the rental that I got because supposedly the technician couldn’t figure out so Aj Crouse told me they needed to keep the car for more time so I accepted to leave the car on Saturday Jan 24 Aj Crouse gave me his business card and told me the best way to communicate was texting on his personal cellphone so Monday Jan 26 early in the morning I asked him to keep me updated about the car then Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and all I got text back was lies because the car was being diagnosed for days he left me on read for a few texts also the main service podium at J Allen was trying to call me and they had the wrong phone number on file and Aj been had my right phone number and never let me know NOTHING! I end up paying a lot of money of my rental that I could’ve have it returned for several days before just because he never updated me about the car being ready is sad that I had to spend money on something I didn’t need for days I also got charged for a diagnose that he told me that I wasn’t going to get charged because my car still under a Contract and the end of this sad story I got my car back because I didn’t have no choice but to go to JAllen Toyota and get responses that I never got from ANY ONE! When I went there Rose was at the front and the way she explained me things was rude and unprofessional. I will never go back I will do the extra drive to Cannon Toyota instead.

Service today was a complete 180 from years ago. We stopped buying from J Allen so we wouldn't have to deal with their service department. But today everything was perfectly handled. I was contacted a day prior to confirm my appointment and then I was contacted by phone and by text that my vehicle was ready. Service was fast and timely. We will be coming back!

my vehicle after it was serviced had some damage like a scuff on the passenger side door. I notified a worker and I hope it will be taken care of.
