Rose went above and beyond!! I was the first appointment on the books for a break change, BACK wriper replacement, and radio nob replacement. I was still there at 2pm and I told her I needed to pick my kids up at 2:50. My car was no where near being done so she got me a car for the night. My boys barely fit in it with their car seat lol but I was SO thankful we laughed and talked about how thankful I am for my bigger SUV. Then when my car was finally done she realized they replaced my FRONT wipers she took care of everything for me and got my back one replaced. Rose is a treasure!!

I saw my truck pull up in the service bay. So I walked over to the service desk and AJ was gone. Other service advisors were sitting around having a full on conversation. I had to say excuse me my truck is sitting outside what's going on.

After dealing with Rose and her disrespect I will NEVER be back to J Allen. I have been a loyal customer with many successful maintenance visits, until Rose became my service advisor. I have been in the market for another new vehicle, and thanks to Rose I will gladly make that purchase from another dealer. My truck was in your service department for routine service. The appointment time was 0730, by 12 the only service completed was an inspection and tire rotation. How inept can a service department be?
