I was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change. My appointment was at 8:15 and I did not get out of there until almost 11. I have never waited over an hour at JAllen for an oil change and was very disappointed in the service on this day

Wrong sticker for next service on inside (states next service at 56k, but vehicle was just serviced at 70k) and tire pressures were not corrected (all varied and low). Additional services quoted at an absolutely astonishing price ($170 minimum electrical charge to evaluate and/or delete data on storage card for dash cam, and $370 for fuel system treatment service).
Rose did a great job from getting me cheked in, keeping me advised on progress and expeditiously informing me of the work done and getting me checked out.
Car was not making noise after we brought it in and it is now! Extremely inconvenient!
