This is the worst experience ive had. All I had was an oil change and a tire rotation and waited for almost 3 hours! I had an appt at 8:45 and did not leave until past 11. Online it is advertised with my service being $100 and was last minute hit with $70 extra in "fees". Since this is appt based my car needs to be seen at the allotted appointment time. By far the worst experience I've had and I won't be coming back to this location.

Not sure if I’m satisfied or not, since I’m not sure whether one service was required or not. JA has been my only service facility. Isn’t a 4-tire/wheel rotation supposed to be done sometime within my car’s first 2 years? None ever was done. If such service wasn’t required, that is OK — I had just expected that it was.
Otherwise, JA’s service has been otherwise perfect. I just wanted to explain my “No” answer to your survey question.
Kudos on the recent service.We are hopeful that the problem has been resolved and we will not have problems in the long term after the warranty

I only wanted a simple oil change, I sat in your waiting area from 11:15 to 4:30 and my car was not ready my husband picked me up, your service department brought me my car the next day about 2:00, something about they could not get my oil filter off. What i dont understand, why you let me sit all day when you could have gave me a loaner vehicle, I always get my oil changes with you since I purchased the Camry in 2017.
I understand charging for a diagnostic service, but if the results lead to a $350 plus repair then the diagnostic service should be free. It seems my trips for service on my modern Toyota vehicles have become overwhelming.
