I went in with the “check engine light” on and I left with the “check engine light” on and paid a bill for $192.00. That was why I brought the car in! Then I had a text today saying I missed an appointment with you yesterday on my 2024 Camry! I did not have an appointment for that car. An appointment was for our 2012 Camry at 9:45 am! We are long time customers of yours and have alwsys been pleased with your service, but not this time! WD Varner

I was disappointed to get home and see that my driver cloth sun visor had greasy fingerprints on it and it’s light in color so not sure how to remove that. Driver door had grease stain, driver center armrest as well . The passenger door & seat had some grease on it as well
I brought my truck in 3 times . The first time I was told the warranty did not cover my issue and I was charges $2300. I have brought my truck back twice since then and it is still not fixed . I am happy with the service as I was provided a rental car and taking care of but to spend $2300 and my truck not fixed is very disappointing .!!

The staff went beyond my expectations in their need to meet my needs.
I was disappointed in the service of my wife’s Rav-4. Then two days later I had my 4Runner serviced. I left there headed to Wiggins, and as I was just about to pull onto Hwy 49 I heard a noise under the vehicle. I pulled over and found that my skid plate was dragging the ground. They failed to tighten the bolts after servicing the vehicle. I’m 68 years old and very recently had hand and arm surgery, and had to crawl up under the vehicle and secure the skid plate with a wire tie I found so I could get back to the dealership. I still have two prepaid services and three tire rotation’s due, but won’t be using them. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to J Allen Toyota.
Went for the oil change and tire rotation, usually this includes topping off fluid levels and they did not complete, washer fluid is still saying low and there is nothing in the coolant did they remove it and forget to refill it, because there was no indication that the coolant was even low and my vehicle is making a noise that I’ve never heard. And one is not to the max line
