I like the video and the financing option. It was unexpected that I would need a new tire due to a nail. Financing option made it affordable to have the necessary and urgent work that needed to be done. I thank everyone, for always being a polite, friendly and professional staff.

I had an appt at 1:16 got there since 1:00 I had to go to work at 3 it was 3:15 I had to leave and no one touched my car . I will never go back there. Worse customer service ever.
Communication! More communication! I was told it would take 2 hrs, after 3 hrs I called for an update. No one answered. I followed the prompt and sent a text message. Car wasn’t ready until 4 hrs after appointment. The service dept closed at 6. At 5:33 no one had contacted me about my car! More communication is needed!

Donnie told me exactly what they are going to do to fix my car. Hopefully the brake issue will be resolved soon. He also got an Uber for me. I greatly appreciated that service so much.

It appears to not be with Donnie, but with your computer system. I would receive a quote, authorize the work then get a call from your representative and the price would change. This happened three times in one day. This is only the beginning.
After picking it up from the shop, then driving to Hattiesburg to work, I noticed something still i wasn’t right. When I got ready to leave work and head back, my car wouldn’t stay cranked. I had to crank it about six times in a row while keeping my foot on the gas to rev it so it would go. I will bring it back next week.

I received an appointment the same day I called the service department. Upon arrival, they promptly started servicing my vehicle. The service advisor informed me of how much time it will take to complete the service. They were right on time, and upon completion he went over everything that was accomplished and items in need of attention in the future. Thank you for a friendly, prompt and professional experience.
I waited from Saturday 2/28 until 3/4 to get my car back. I didn't receive any communication Saturday that I wouldn't get my car back that day. I had to reach out. Then they didn't get all the parts in on Tuesday that they ordered so it took another day. I was very disappointed based on how much I paid to have maintenance on my car and the amount of time it took to complete.

Dante was fantastic. Was even transparent about the service team being a little behind schedule, and was honest about my service taking about an hour to an hour and a half. It took EXACTLY an hour and a half!!! He’s honest and very good at what he does!!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my wish to cancel my Toyota Care Contract. I returned on Monday afternoon and on Tuesday morning to deal with that. I haven't heard back yet. Today is already Thursday. I'll have to dispute the charges with my Credit card Company
