Arianna is always in tune with clients. She is polite and helpful and she knows what is expected of her for each client. She has helped me a great deal to get familiar with the electronics in my car as well. She is patient and not in a hurry with clients like some of the salespeople on duty outside on the car lot.

It took 10 weeks to get my car fixed
Zach was fine and provided great customer service. What I wasn’t pleased with was the fact that I had to bring my truck back because the oil drain plug was not tightened correctly and was leaking oil. I had to wait another 2 hours in the lobby area a week later only to find out that a technician did not do their job correctly. I was also asked that how I knew there was oil leak I showed my driveway with the oil leak stain which I was told that y’all would be sending out someone to come clean the oil leak stain. 3 weeks later still have not had anyone come thru. Very disappointed.

My advisor AJ is awesome. The techs that worked on my car differs. I had to bring my car in multiple times within this year because after fixing one mistake they make another. Which is very time consuming and emotional draining. As being a dealership customers expect the highest professional work standards but what I’ve seen and experienced is that it would be better off bringing it to an outside shop. I appreciate Toyota fixing the problems but their shouldn’t be any mistakes one after another.
