My truck is now leaking oil. This is the second time this has happened when I have J Allen change my oil. I have attempted to contact J Allen, specifically Andrew all day today and no one has contacted me. Either you all did not tighten the drain plug properly or forgot to include the washer.

Our vehicle did not get serviced because your service department could not get the vehicle serviced in a reasonable time frame and you had NO loaners or rental cars available! We will use a different dealer service department in the future. Further, the service department advisor was not customer oriented.

Lack of communication with the customer!!! Sat there for almost 4 hours and no one told I need a specific part on my car during an oil change. I inquired why it was taking so long and my advisor said “oh ma’am it looks like they need to put a cap on your oil pan and I was doing something else and didn’t get to you to let you know.” I ended up having to get an uber to take me home and pay someone to take me to work because my car was not finished in the 5 hours that I was there for an oil change.

As someone who is extremely particular about my vehicles, I had significant expectations when bringing my very new still 2025 Premium Supra in for service. My vehicle had fewer than 1,400 miles on it at the time of its first oil change, has been garage kept, and barely driven. Because of how meticulous I am about maintaining my vehicles, I was understandably hesitant to leave it with anyone at the dealership. I made it very clear that I expected my Supra to be returned to me in the exact same condition it arrived — completely free of scratches, stains, odor/smoking, or any damage. I communicated all of these concerns directly to Jaylen, and he was incredibly reassuring throughout the process. He ensured me that he would be the only one driving the vehicle and that Tom would take excellent care of the Supra during both the first service and the tire issue that needed attention. There wasn’t a single scratch on the wheels! I was highly specific about using special guards to make sure no scratches were visible. Tom also did everything right with that! I have worked with Jaylen for all of our Toyota vehicles and have even discussed plans with him regarding both the white Supra and the black Supra. Every single time, he has delivered exceptional service! Jaylen consistently makes time to communicate with me, understands my anxiety about leaving my vehicles for service, and always responds with patience, professionalism, and respect. He is incredibly kind, detail-oriented, attentive, and truly customer-focused. I’ve noticed he’s one of the few out there that is attentive to make sure keys, devices, materials and such are not swinging around while walking -potentially causing a scratch on a vehicle. He’s not careless with his movements or anything on his person that would cause even the slightest imperfection on a vehicle. Because of the trust he has built, I will continue bringing all of our Toyota vehicles to him as long as he is there. Thank you, Jaylen!

I had an 8:15 appointment for an oil change, it took 2 hours. I think that’s a bit too much for a basic service that had an appointment. Otherwise, everything was great. Always polite.

Rose was absolutely fantastic. I was there from 9 am- 2pm and she checked on me every hour. She was sure to keep me in the loop with what was going on and made me feel comfortable sitting there all day. She was great.
