AJ was excellent. His professional and knowledge was very helpful. Our 2020 RAV4 will run out later this year so I was concerned about what I would need to do. AJ answered all my questions. The Service department got backed and other people announced that all of us were behind 2 hours. Just a few minute AJ came over to us to let us know that our car would be out shortly. Thank you AJ!!

No communication by aj my whole experience was completely disasterous and my car didn't get fixed because of non existent communication but another company took good care of my vehicle needs. Will I be doing business with them not likely

Two hours or more every time for an oil change? My last few Volvos and Subarus took no more than one hour. I have waited too long for all three oil changes since I bought this Toyota. Happy with the car. Please work on this.

Oil change was fine. No issues. Asked about the DashCam and how to use it. The salesman never explained it to me when I bought the truck. So I asked the attendant when I was signing out after this oil change and he said he didn’t know anything about the dash cam.

You did not check the oil on my truck or you would’ve seen it needed over 3 quarts. You did not identify the oil leak, or report it. You did not identify the CV boot that had come off, lost all grease, and whose clamp was making rattling noises. This was after you called me saying my truck was ready and I had to tell you to send it back in for inspection to find the thing I said from the beginning was the entire reason I brought it in to be looked at. Since then I was texted by 3 different people while trying to get into contact with Service department and only one has responded—Rose. But no effort has been made to rectify or even inquire about the multiple failures by your organization in providing the service that was expected. This was a terrible experience and I am spreading the word about what happened. Complete clown show.

For owning a Toyota for the first time I was a little worried, but the people at Toyota went above and beyond making sure I was getting my car serviced properly. I was thoroughly impressed with the availability of Uber rides and availability of car rental on premises. Plus the they give videos of your vehicle by the service department! Thank you Aj Allen Toyota!! I will be recommending to my adult child to make her first car purchase to be a Toyota!

J. Allen management / customer service rep, After paying a $4300 maintenance bill for my truck that in service for over one month, I get to my house an hour and a half away in New Orleans only to find out that the main reason that the truck was brought to J. Allen Toyota persists and is unfixed - the truck will not start. When the girl pulled around my truck for me to take delivery she said that the battery was dead and that she had to jump start it. Until pulling up to my house @ 9:30pm the truck motor was never turned off. Even though the dealership installed a new battery and assured me that the problem was fixed, I made the conscious decision to not turn off the truck due to the Toyota employee informing me that the truck had to be jumped, as previously stated. Once in my driveway, I turned off the ignition. Before going inside I wanted to make sure that the truck was going to start… it did not. • It did not start. • The starter did not try to turn over. • No sound from the solenoid. • The only sound is the turning of the key in the ignition switch, then nothing. After paying a $4300 maintenance bill and waiting over a month to regain possession of my truck, this entire scenario severely fails to meet my expectations as a customer of a Toyota dealership. Customers like myself expect ‘Excellence’ when paying top dollar for maintenance and service. I expect a call from someone in the J.Allen management hierarchy who has the ability to rectify the situation in short order. Regards, Ryan B
