I brought my truck there last week to show the problem. The service team arranged for Monday 3/23/26. Afternoon Monday Rose called and said my problem could not be fixed. I ended up wasted $37 rented a car from Toyota for nothing. I will never buy a vehicle from Allen again. My Tacoma just purchased here in January, Hanna never told me tge back gate be dropped down in force like that ( I have another Tacoma so) I know it’s wrong. A safely function should be with any model.

I was a little frustrated about waiting and having someone approach me about trading in my vehicle 20 minutes before getting checked in. When the lady finally came to check my car in, she came across as defensive and rude. I realize that the person doing that was not Dante. Getting a status on my inspection took multiple calls and texts. I dropped the car off around 4pm, and I didn't get the update and recommended fix until almost 1pm the next day. Considering that I'm expected to review and approve items within 5 minutes of receiving the text or miss the opportunity to get the fixes, I had to monitor my phone while waiting for updates. Now, once Dante sent the update, everything went better.

They removed glue from one of the previous services, that was on my tint with razor blade scratching the visor tint. Also car was pulled out waiting, I questioned this service advisor, while playing on this cell phone , said he still processing paper . Then continued to text on phone , once I should him the tint he was very dismissive toward me told him to get a manager.

I left the dealership to come back home after my service. To realize my wheel cap has came off. When I checked the rest of my caps, they was loose Soo seems like they wasn't checked properly before I was handed the keys

I don’t need anyone contacting me about my service experience. My appointment was for 1:45…fairly simple oil change, tire rotation and one recall. It was explained to me that the recalls can take up to 3 hours to download but that was okay, it needed to be done. Well, I didn’t get out until a bit after 5pm, and the only reason I knew the service was over was my truck had been brought from the back to the parking area. I sat and waited another 10 minutes, expecting someone to come tell me it was ready…no one ever did. I finally walked to the service desk and spoke to one of the service people…he checked the computer and said yes, it was complete but they had to wait on the paperwork to be brought from the back. I finally got tired of waiting, asked if I could leave and was told yes, they would email me the paperwork when it was finished. I’m still waiting for the email. Hopefully this explains why I was less than satisfied about my service experience.

I rejected tire rotation and balance because they were done 8 days ago by Costco in Mobile. Your rep did them anyway and charged me. Doubt I will be back.

Dante was our Advisor for this service. He is very professional and committed to providing an excellent customer experience. We did have a small issue but Dante was able to get it corrected for us quickly. I had questions about pricing and he took the time to research the difference and explain. Dante is a true asset to your Service Team!

Milage was wrong on window sticker ,20,000 miles more, gave milage twice to the adviser . Service Manager sent correct one to me.
