I’d like to thank Jay Allen and all the great staff for assisting me this crazy day. Started with an oil change that turned into a dash light emblem of a seatbelt. After a few hrs and a seat that was moved to replace a cabin filter, the sensor thought their was someone in the seat. Yes it went away when the belt was latched. But take it out and the light and chimes were electrified with nobody in the chair. Thanks to everyone that I talked with, the efforts were much appreciated although my face may have showed something different. So keep up the good work, ive lived all over the good ole USA and your one of the best dealerships I have ever visited for service…job well done everyone. Zach, I appreciate you sir Good day.

My advise never called me to let me know my car was ready and never went over the multi inspection results. I wasn’t quoted by anyone. Also I had to ask the advisor helping me twice to check on a rental car for me. The lady who helped me with getting a rental car was absolutely phenomenal! Top tier customer service. I think her name was Taylor!

I was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change. My appointment was at 8:15 and I did not get out of there until almost 11. I have never waited over an hour at JAllen for an oil change and was very disappointed in the service on this day

Wrong sticker for next service on inside (states next service at 56k, but vehicle was just serviced at 70k) and tire pressures were not corrected (all varied and low). Additional services quoted at an absolutely astonishing price ($170 minimum electrical charge to evaluate and/or delete data on storage card for dash cam, and $370 for fuel system treatment service).
