My only complaint is this is the second service where my mileage is not accurately recorded on my paperwork. This inaccuracy then leads to incorrect mileage on the oil change sticker. I came in with over 119,000 miles on my vehicle. Someone put in a number about 5,000 less. Customers rely on service staff to ensure we are getting the proper service appropriate for our mileage. We also depended on referring to the sticker placed on our car. The sticker reflects mileage that is significantly less than what I am currently at.

Was greeted when i arrived; my vehicle was checked in, i found a table and chair and relaxed . A short time later my vehicle was ready and off i went. All your folks were very polite, and businesslike. Enjoyable to relax and sit back and read my book.

She was great! A real delight to work with. Also, the Parts Department was terrific...especially Mike who walked out to my car and solved a problem I was having due to my lack of knowledge on how to get a flash drive to work on my car. He solved it right away and this is a problem evidently that a lot of people are having judging from the online comments. I'm extremely impressed with the entire organization and look forward to coming back for service and maintenance checkups, etc. Thanks again!
