Dropped car off before 9:15 appt. Asked if it would be done by 12 explained it’s a delivery vehicle and we needed it back to run deliveries. Called at 12:10 was told everyone was at lunch and no one could help me. Drive out there anyways at 12:30 car was parked in side parking lot done but had not been notified.
I was on time, if not a bit early, for the scheduled appointment for work on my Prius. I was told the wait for the completion of the work would be two hours, which it did take plus a few minutes. I think two hours is too long a wait for a scheduled job. There were several cars ahead of me and many cars behind me when I arrived. That makes me think that you might have overbooked the 1:30 PM time slot or some unscheduled cars were put ahead of my car.

Loved how easy it was to make an appointment. I really appreciate y’all working around my work schedule allowing me to make an appointment after work instead of having to leave my job early! Everyone was friendly and polite. I’m also impressed with the time it took to service my truck! I was expecting to sit and wait for at least 2 hours. However I was finished within an hour. I really appreciate the great customer service! I always recommend Allen Toyota to my friends and will continue to do so.
I had my 10000 mile service done. I understood that the oil would be changed and my tires rotated. No one told me what was done to the car and my receipt states that the oil was changed only and no mention of tires being rotated. I do not know if they were rotated or not.

The service for the oil change was fine as far as I know but some things were changed. My connection to my phone disconnects itself when I turn the engine off, the Google assistant is now a male voice, etc. I have no idea why things would be changed without my knowledge. Odd!!

I scheduled an appointment @ 0900 and dropped the vehicle off the night before. Confirmed the service before noon was still not able to leave until 1600. Completely satisfied with the service. I think we could do better with shop scheduleing thank you for allowing me to vent
You guys helped me so much by giving me an Uber ride home but you guys really impressed me when I reached out to yall for help with gettin back to the lot to pick up my car. Yall were happy to give me yet another free uber ride to pick my car back up and im very grateful and thankful to yall for that!
