I was told that the service was supposed to be completed by the end of the work day. I brought my truck in at 10am. I told the service person to just finish up and I would pick it up in the morning. Showed up a t 9 am and the service was not done. Had to hang out for another hour. 9 hours to do a routine service and recall work is not quality service in my opinion. Wondering why I purchased the extended service plan ? Hope tings improve -not happy
I had an appointment for routine maintenance at 12:45. I arrived at my appointment on time and sat in my car in the bay for 15 minutes before I was helped. I asked for the estimated time to complete the service, and was told approximately 2 hours. I then proceeded to call back at about 3 hours for an estimated time as the 2 hours I was quoted came and went. I was put on hold for a long time and then told my service agent would call me back. I waited 20 minutes and called back again only to be sent to voicemail. I called again and was again sent to voicemail. I eventually received a text that my vehicle was ready at 5:22 pm. I also received a text that service would close at 5:30 pm. There was no way I could make it to pick up my car in 8 minutes so I called service to see if they could wait until I got there so I could get my car. I was AGAIN sent to voicemail. I then called the sales team who was very helpful and they made sure I was able to get my car. I was extremely dissatisfied and irritated by my service today. I am hesitant to bring my car back in for service at this facility and hesitant to buy another Toyota if I am stuck with this type of service. I would have appreciated a call for updates that the service would take twice as long and a call on how to get my keys so I could get my car instead of having to call the sales team as they seemed to be the only ones answering phones.
