I was very satisfied - as always!
No need to contact me. I was just frustrated with my service because of the lack of communication. The service took much longer than expected and I reached out to my service rep three times to ask for an estimated completion time, but he never responded. Eventually, I asked a different service rep about the status of my car only to learn that it must have been ready for some time but nobody contacted me.

Personable- fast- excellent service. Video is a great addition.
I was out running errands when I received the report from the mechanic, including the checklist and video clips. I took time to review them both and during the video clip, the tech notices an oil leak around the gasket on the oil pan. There was no mention of that in the report or any clear intention to address the issue in the report. I had to point it out to the customer service rep when I arrived to check out the car. First, the car has less than 20k on it and shouldn't be leaking any oil already. Secondly, it feels like there was no intention of addressing it. Seems kind of shady. I not only had to point it out, but instead of immediately addressing it, I have to reschedule another appointment in 2 weeks for a other diagnostic and likely another appointment in a month to actually address the issue. Not the service I expected or thought I might receive from a longstanding dealership.
2pm routine maintenance went over night and 7 total business hours due to staffing issues.
Trevor was great but I had an appt at 2pm and work was to be completed around 4pm. Trevor came a little after 5p to advise my car wouldn't be completed that day and could I leave it overnight he did offer to Uber me home. I chose to have my husband pick me up instead at 9:30. I received information that my car was finished so I had to come back today to pick it up. Trevor did remove 10% of the bill which I did appreciate. I just feel that if people were calling in sick yesterday that one would've called me knowing that had a 2 o'clock appointment and chances are I probably wouldn't get it completed. when I was there a little while ago having my 4runner worked on I asked for a windshield wipers to be replaced. I got home only to find out, They never replaced them but yet I paid for that so it just seems like the service isn't quite the same as it used to be at this location, which is frustrating because I'm pretty loyal.
Ken and all the other service representatives did a great job taking care of me. The usual great service!
I made an appointment for an oil change and was there 2 hours waiting on my car. I was highly disappointed and doubt I will be back. Lexus service is ten times better.
Front fender flares replaced. One of those still has a gap, not ****’s fault, will talk to the manager of the service department.

The digital icons on my dashboard were changed to some garbage I can’t read and don’t want. If they have to mess with my dashboard during the analysis of my car, at least they could switch them back. Now I have to go back to the dealer, since I haven’t been able to figure out how to correct the problem myself. Outside of this specific issue, everything else was handled well.

Exceptional customer service from Ken as always.
Video done by the technician was done very fast and hard to follow. I had asked for my air filters to be blown out. This was not done and were not even checked off on the inspection sheet. I returned to the service station because the cover to my in cabin filter had not been secured, a bolt fell out and the glove box would not stay closed. When I retuned Alex was great. He was very apologetic and fixed everything right there in the service center drive up. Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Little upset with the sloppy work done by the technicians. Please slow down a little bit and make sure you are recording before you start talking.
