Your team member who performed the maintenance on my vehicle had accessed the trunk for an inspection. Because I was unaware of this inspection I had a few items in the trunk. When I got the car back and accessed the trunk I noticed the carpet was bulging and some stuff was missing. These items were sitting where the spare tire would be, with one pressing against the wire loom connection for the rear electric motor. I also noticed some inspection port plugs pulled and not put back into place, leaving the trunk floor exposed to the elements. If I were aware beforehand of an inspection in the trunk I would have cleared out anything in there, but I believe it wasn't right to let all my stuff get thrown to the bottom and covered back up in a rush. If I would have set anything in the trunk that had some decent weight I could have damaged the wire loom underneath.

Had a. Appointment at 12:30 on Friday. My car was not even looked at until 3 pm. They had to keep my car to order a part and it did not get there until 2pm Saturday. I finally got my car back on Tuesday.
