It was very frustrating to be told three times by two service reps that I did not need an appointment to have the tire you ordered for me put on. I left work early and took an hour and a half out of my day only to be told we are too busy come back another day. I trusted what I was told but now the next appointment that works for my leaky tire appears to be the middle of next week

Service of the vehicle and customer service was great!! I’m not experiencing any issues after the service and Trevor was awesome. He answered all my questions when we chatted pre appointment and was quick and efficient. However, my “maintenance required soon” indicator is still on and it drives me absolutely crazy that piece is always forgotten! I’m looking up how to hopefully do it on my own because I’ve forgotten whether or not I can.

Air filter was on the front seat. Called twice to get my 10% discount from my Toyota Truck Care program. (I listed my member # on the intake form but it was not applied to the invoice. I called twice and did not get a return call. I am hoping to have this resolved on Monday.

Bill was very good. For the appointment scheduler website developers, it would be very helpful to explicitly point out that NHTSA recall campaigns are not included with regular service appointments. It would have been much more preferable to only have one service appointment to resolve everything.
