Vehicle was dropped off early for a mid-morning appointment. Just an inspection, no service or repairs. The inspection was not completed by day's end. No communication from service manager until I reached out in late afternoon.
I drove away to have to return. My glovebox was in the floorboard of my car along with the air filter and another part. I had to return to the dealership and have the mess cleaned up. I am hoping the next time I come in I will not have to return and that the mechanics check their work before the customer is given their car
Your team were a big help! They even hurried to rotate my tires because I had to pickup my daughter from camp early.

Was not happy I bought the oil change were you pay for so many the last time I went in they said I still have two left did not say anything to me then or when I bought them that they expire so when I went yesterday I thought I still had two Left still had two left.they said no they expired last month was not happy at all.

My Toyota Highlander suddenly started flashing check engine, AWD is not functioning and traction not functioning. I was 5 minutes from Pedersen and **** answered my call and said luckily they had an opening the next day at 7:45. I was able to leave my car there and **** knew we needed our car by Thursday as. We would be traveling on Friday. **** got the part and the technician got my car up and running for us in time for us to be able to travel as planned. The staff at Pedersen has always done a great job in servicing my car!! Thank you **** and crew.

previously, I’ve had bad experiences with a very long wait… Even just for someone to come to the car; or for scheduling an appointment just to get a license plate cover… But today was absolutely terrific. Service manager had to help me. Asked him what the timeline was for my vehicle. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours. He went to my service tech who said oh yes it's just done. Said in a way that made me think he was just covering up the fact that the vehicle had in fact been finished for a while. Service manager was great
