I have to say this was the most professional service experience I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve owned automobiles. The video explanations were unexpected but an excellent way to communicate the points of service. Alex was very professional and did an excellent job.
This was my first time to your facility, and I felt pretty clueless when driving my car into the garage. Nobody asked if I had an appointment or if they could take care of me and I kind of wandered around from person to person until I finally found the person who apparently I was supposed to talk to.
I was told that my service would be between an hour and a half and two hours so I had my son come pick me up and then the car was turned around in 20 minutes which would've been great if I had been waiting! So maybe a more realistic timeframe of how long things take would be awesome as well.
Lastly, I was handed my keys and told that my car was in the parking lot and that was a fun little Easter egg hunt on its own. Maybe somebody could direct you to where your car is parked and I was also a little shocked that it wasn't given a quick little bath before getting it back.

No I am not satisfied. In fact I am highly frustrated. I dropped off my truck at 8:45 AM with an anticipated finish time of 1:30 or 2 PM. When I arrived back at the dealership to check the status of my truck, I was told it was going to be another 3-4 hours because there were 4 vehicles ahead of me and they hadn’t even started on my truck due to “being very backed up”. What was the point of appointment time? It’s worse then a doctors office.
There was zero communication about the delay and zero consideration for my time. It was absolutely absurd how I was treated.
Ken was attentive to my requests and pleasant.
Alex was fantastic as well as the service experience all together!

The work did take a little longer than usual, but I appreciate how through the service is and the communication process.
Your guys left an empty bottle of oil pinned under the filter (I assume to catch the oil from the filter when you changed that) Eventually the belt wore right through the bottle and the oil that it had captured was spewed everywhere. On up of that, the bottle was full synthetic. Mine takes regular 5w-30. Did you even put the right oil in it? My God. You're worse than Jiffy lube. That's my last time at over priced Pedersen.
2 hours fir an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable. No apologies no explanation. I have been here getting service for over 20 years. I will not be coming back.
I didn’t appreciate that William seemed displeased that I wanted to do some of the suggested maintenance later rather than immediately. Additionally, when the service people checked my spare tire pressure they failed to return things in my car to the way I had them.
Kenneth and the service team were great at efficiently serving my vehicle and keeping me informed throughout. Kudos to Pedersen Toyota service!
