previously, I’ve had bad experiences with a very long wait… Even just for someone to come to the car; or for scheduling an appointment just to get a license plate cover… But today was absolutely terrific. Ken was quick to check in my car and the service was done completely and in very little time. Thank you.

Service manager had to help me. Asked him what the timeline was for my vehicle. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours. He went to my service tech who said oh yes it's just done. Said in a way that made me think he was just covering up the fact that the vehicle had in fact been finished for a while. Service manager was great

They replaced the 12 volt battery in my Peius. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Can't ask for anything more than that.
