Obviously the management doesn’t care. You have a non-working phone number on your invoices, the service department doesn’t answer the phone, and you don’t return phone calls. Also you don’t seem to have any interest in fixing a problem that requires thinking.

I was texted at 5:27 that my car was ready but you close at 5:30. It was a holiday weekend so I couldn’t pick up my car for 2 days. I would have appreciated a heads up on when the car would be ready.

I was told ALL of the parts were in for my vehicle repair and they were not. So I will need to come in again and spend time waiting for a repair which is not the best use of my time. When I asked for Toyota to supplement my time by giving my my wipers they installed for free, they gave me a $20 discount. Also not very understanding of my personal time and what’s its worth. As a repeat customer I do expect better service than that.
