Things were not explained. Waiting over 2 hours past my appointment time and my vehicle still wasn't looked at. Not updated at all. Tried to do an expensive service without first looking for the problem.
Thank you. Your service department is amazing. My husband has a Kia and the service department at the local Kia in Fort Collins is awful. We've had horrible experiences with them. I told him he needs to buy it Toyota next so that he can use your service department. He was really impressed with the video that was sent during the diagnostic process. His Kia is 2014 so we'll be in the market soon for new car and we'll definitely start our search with Pederson Toyota.
It took longer than expected with no explanation why cause we had to go overnight without a needed vehicle.
