The service to the vehicle was fine, what was disappointing to me was the attention to detail of the advisor. As I set in the waiting area I saw my vehicle get parked outside. I didn't receive a text, so I assumed it wasn't finished yet. I waited almost 45 minutes, seeing my car still parked in the same spot, and still no communication, so I decided to go ask Bill for an update. The car was ready, I think he had forgotten to let me know the status.
So reliable Always do good work!! Very satisfied!
Justin did a great job; he and everyone else deserve a raise.
I like my scion Xbox and I wish there was something more comparable made today. I will attempt to keep it up, and if anything I would get an additional car to keep the mileage down.

It was difficult to use my extended warranty so it took longer to get my car back. I had to keep calling to get updates. I wasn’t offered a loaner or a ride which would have made the experience much better. Two services were recommended that had already been performed in the last six months so that didn’t seem right. And overall it cost a lot more than I expected even after the warranty coverage!
Trevor worked to get my car serviced within my time frame and personally walked out the completed report to me when it was completed.
Tanner was great. The reason it wasn’t a great experience was because I have to bring it back as opposed to getting it fixed that day.
