Ken was very professional in processing paperwork & explaining what was completed on vehicle. Very smooth process throughout.
Under glove box pannel I asked service to re attach. It was not done and nothing said.
I had no problems with my advisor but I do feel like wait times are excessive. It takes 2+ hours for just an oil change. Also, I am always told my air filter needs changing as well as my wiper blades. I just had those replaced elsewhere so I know they are fine.
Tanner was great, kept me up to date on everything and made for a quick and effective
I waited 20 minutes for my vehicle to be brought to me, and this was after I went up to the desk and a kind person asked if I needed assistance. Robert was on the phone so I was unable to speak with. The key to my vehicle was still hung up in the key rack. Robert seem like he was very overwhelmed during the two occasion that I met with him.
Kyle was very polite, listened to my concerns and went out of his way to answer my questions. I would like to work with Kyle again. We will be selling our Toyota to our daughter so that may be possible.
Not related to Justin. My issue was not fixed because apparently all tacoma have this seat issue on the driver side. Happy with Justin but not happy that my issue was not fixed
Tanner greeted me and was very upbeat and told me all that would be done on my car. I am very pleased with the service that I received.
With an appointment, it took 2 hours to get an oil change. Next time, I'll probably go to Jiffy Lube because it takes about 15 minutes.
This is my first time at Pederson Toyota and a few things surprised me. First, the showroom had 1 car and 60 cubicles for sales people. That seems like a weird arrangement. There should be an "expedited service" for a 10,000 mile oil change.
Second, my previous Toyota dealer washed the car after every service. Pederson does not wash the car after service.
Third, providing WiFi access was very nice
Fourth, the young guys that brought the cars around after service were very friendly and courteous
Fifth, Tanner helped me when the service was complete. He was very knowledgeable.
Only problem is tech had to adjust the seat.
Bill was a great service advisor, but we were surprised that an oil change took 2 hours. When we go to Jiffy lube, it takes about 15 or 20 minutes. It seemed like the whole thing could have been handled a lot better by just letting us know what to expect in advance. We will know for next time though!

I have purchased my last 6 vehicles from Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep. I never received service from them like I did today. I am leasing a 2025 Tacoma amd I could not be happier!! Service advisor was great. My complaint is about your policy to charge a ridiculous rate for using my credit card

Was mainly just an oil change but took 1.5 hours (ok, close to predicted!!). fwiw…I didn’t get the mechanic vehicle inspection videos until literally 2 or 3 minutes before I went to talk to Kyle. Noticed on my way that my vehicle was already parked outside! The only additional service recommended was front wiper blades which I suppose could’ve been done outside.
