If he were to ever leave, we would seriously consider going elsewhere for our Toyota’s service. Once, when Robert was possibly on vacation, we had another Service Rep that fell far short from the delightful service we had come to expect from “Bob’s” interactions at Pederson’s . Bob Troutman is a keeper.

I have no complaints about Trevor servicing my car. The fact that it took twenty minutes after I paid to get my car, (find where the keys were to my vehicle and get it to me, was not acceptable.) I’m not sure why it took so long to find the technician who serviced my car and ask where the keys are.(in his pocket) I waited 10 minutes and was told to wait 5 more minutes, and if it didn’t come they would look more. That is not okay.

No communication throughout the whole process. I texted and left 2 messages by phone for a return call with no answer. No maintenance or safety inspection performed. I was never notified that the vehicle was complete. When I called a third time to check the status the receptionist claimed a text was sent notifying me that it was done but I never received it. I was promised a ride back to pickup the vehicle but one was not offered. My spouse left work early to give me a ride. **** was condescending, had no interest in listening to my concerns. I was prepared to approve additional work but no recommendations were made. I will take my business elsewhere.
Kyle was fantastic with helping me get my tire replaced with a superior tire. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and suggested a cosmetic repair for the wheel vs a complete replacement to save money. Appreciated his honesty.
