I will give positive feedback to anyone asking.
I have no complaints about Trevor servicing my car. The fact that it took twenty minutes after I paid to get my car, (find where the keys were to my vehicle and get it to me, was not acceptable.) I’m not sure why it took so long to find the technician who serviced my car and ask where the keys are.(in his pocket) I waited 10 minutes and was told to wait 5 more minutes, and if it didn’t come they would look more. That is not okay.

No communication throughout the whole process. I texted and left 2 messages by phone for a return call with no answer. No maintenance or safety inspection performed. I was never notified that the vehicle was complete. When I called a third time to check the status the receptionist claimed a text was sent notifying me that it was done but I never received it. I was promised a ride back to pickup the vehicle but one was not offered. My spouse left work early to give me a ride. **** was condescending, had no interest in listening to my concerns. I was prepared to approve additional work but no recommendations were made. I will take my business elsewhere.
Kyle was fantastic with helping me get my tire replaced with a superior tire. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and suggested a cosmetic repair for the wheel vs a complete replacement to save money. Appreciated his honesty.
The service department at Pedersen’s is awesome. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise. My truck is in great condition, thanks to Pedersen’s service department.

I had a 7:30 appointment and my vehicle inspection wasn't complete until 9:30. Then I was told it would be a 4 hour repair and it was nearly a six hour repair.
The credit for my positive response goes to your service manager, Chris. However the organization had terrible communication regarding the schedule for receiving and installing the recall part. My car was **** for a very unreasonable period of time (one month).
Every single service I’ve had (which has been 4 over nearly 2 years), things in my vehicle are messed with and not returned to how it was left initially. Ie my drivers seat positioning is ALWAYS messed with. Why is it necessary to adjust the seat, and not just forward/backward but up and down too. I’ve never been to a place that messes with the seat settings like this. My automatic headlights were switched to off which could cause issues if I don’t check that the auto is turned off. Today the interior lights were turned on (I keep the off for a reason) and left that way. AND my dash cam was PULLED OFF MY WINDOW, the ENTIRE camera AND the usb-c port it plugs into was BROKEN!!!! And no one said a word to me. What on earth sort of service is this? I have to go to this dealership shop because I’ve paid for the extra service package. Very disappointing, and even more so because I’ve shared some these concerns from prior visits and nothing has changed.

I was looking for a permanent service facility to which to take my Lexus. During the first four years I drove 30 miles to have service done at the Lexus dealer, but Pedersen would have been more convenient. The quote of almost $2100 to replace the A/C condenser is beyond ridiculous. I will not be using Pedersen in the future. To be clear, this is not a condemnation of Justin. I just don’t want to be gouged.
