Hi! The only thing is please use some sort of seat cover when serving vehicles. Our cloth seats are now stained after service due to (assuming) some sort of residue from the technician pants. Some grease on door handles after service as well and nothing was put back in the glove box after filter was checked.
Actually service on the vehicle was great and no complaints there!

I had made an appointment. I was unfortunately 20 minutes late for my 1000am appointment. I did forgot to mention I had an appointment and it appears the Toyota employee was not able to see my appointment during check in? At 1210pm I received a text message with my attached inspection report; I replied immediately. From check in at 1029am till 115pm I received no communication about my van except my texted inspection. After becoming inpatient I went to the check in area to ask about the status of my van. I was asked ‘you didn’t get a text?’ I replied yes I received the ‘check in’ & the ‘inspection’ text and replied immediately once sent. You did not get a text your van was done? No, I did not. My van gets brought around to the front. I get in my van and the ‘need to see your dealer’ is still displayed on the dash. I go back in to the check in area to ask that this is resolved. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I notified the staff I would be waiting and never spoke to a single staff member till I sought out why I am still waiting for an oil change at 115pm.

Lack of communication throughout the process. I called seven times in the first day, left a voice mail during the first, and every other time I called, I was told he was not at his desk. I did not feel valued as a customer. I am thankful they were able to get to the bottom of the problem, but communication and feeling valued are important.
I can always trust the advisors at Pederson Toyota to make my appointments as smooth as possible.
