The service was good, but the billing was poorly done. Things were tacked on either accidentally or on purpose that I never authorized. The billing was confusing at best, scammy at worst. He seems like a busy guy so I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt but messing up a bill as big as these is a big deal. Service was great, customer service was great, but the stress over the inconsistency of the pricing was extremely stressful. Better breakdowns of the bill accross the system seems necessary if customers can pay bills online.

Service folks were fine. I never got the second alert text and tried calling and sending messages and the system didn’t seem to work.
We had a few glitches with our new 4 runner. Ken was helpful and is going to talk with Toyota about these problems which we appreciate

When I first drove into the service bay I waited for at least five minutes being ignored. There was someone right br me who simply ignored me. I finally had to ask for his attention. He told me I had to wait for my assigned person located two vehicles down.He was obviously not busy at the time but simply refused to help refused me until I finally forced the issue. VERY
FRUSTRATING.
The technician recommended $500 of additional service (AWD fluids, brake flushing, fuel injection). Fortunately I declined it. Later, in looking back at the 2024 service report, I saw that all 3 of those were done then. I would have thought that someone would have checked our previous service before recommending the work.
I made the mistake of “waiting” for my service this time. Will never do that again…,

These guys made it so cool for my son. One of the tech gave us a look under the truck.my son the day before was asking how do wheels turn. I told him about axels and drive shafts. So he got to see them. Than a mechanic gave him a hot wheels. My son played with that for hours after.
The time it took was very long for an oil change but staff was very helpful, friendly, and provided a great service.
Tanner was excellent! He answered all of my questions. He helped me get an appointment that worked with my schedule while also ensuring the right technician level would be able to investigate my truck.
Not much to add. I was promptly attended to and given an explanation of the work done.
