I was satisfied other than the wait time. It was almost 2 hours which is a long time to wait.
It took 1/2 an hour for my vehicle to be driven up after I had closed out the service with the technician, Ken. I had to grab the guy bringing cars up to ask him where my car is. The big red haired, beared man was very rude, demanding my paperwork to prove I had paid for my free service. I was very pissed off when I finally got my car. It shouldn’t have taken so long and this man was less than friendly.
While **** was very kind and the service was completed the same day, I am not completely convinced that the issue was resolved. The spark plugs we changed within the past 8 months and while I do understand that Toyota dealerships would like to only have Toyota parts on their cars they are not the only parts that work. We ended up replacing them anyway so there would be no question with warranty if in fact it was not what I brought the vehicle in to be serviced for.
I do understand that you can’t read a code that is no longer showing but setting appointments out three weeks is a little tough.

I am simply frustrated about scheduling a 2nd appointment to fix a minor coolant leak that appeared after an originally unrelated warranty repair. I admit I'm not an expert but the leak appears to be the same as the one previously repaired. Everyone I have worked with has been great and I was not charged for the previous repair, I just cannot say I have been completely satisfied. Perhaps my frustration is unjustified as the nature of vehicle repairs can be and is difficult. My intention is to continue service at this facility assuming this issue is corrected without a 3rd visit.

Service was expensive, extremely slow (3 hours for a $200 oil change, seriously?), and no alignment was done. Also, your signs for getting into the service bay require extensive reading which is not great for someone’s first time at your.

Service tech was unaware of our Platinum Coverage. Service Texh told my husband to figure out the cracked windshield situation. My husband had to track down proof of our Platinum warranty.

The plate underneath the oil was not screwed on. Luckily the bolt was still in the hole loosely hanging.
