Friendly, helpful and explained service items to me.
William was great- he got me right in and when I told him I had to have the car back in time to pick up a grandson from school he made sure the car was done in plenty of time. Great customer service!
I am an 84 year old deceased Veteran spouse,and don't put a lot of miles on my car. I only need the basic maintenance on my car and by necessity depend on Toyota for maintenance, thereby retaining the resale value it deserves!
Good service. But a long 4 hour wait. In the lobby.Was told it was only an hour and a half job.
I scheduled my service over two weeks ago so that I could get my grill shutter fixed at the same time as my oil change. I dropped my car off this morning and confirmed both services were being done. When I picked my car up, only the oil change happened but was told the grill shutter part was never ordered and that I’d have to come back again once the part came in. This is probably my third or fourth unsatisfactory experience in a row at this dealership.
The only glitch was that the tire inflation system was apparently triggered during the inspection and didn’t properly reset. I had to return to the dealership to have the system reset. Very nice young man immediately diagnosed the problem and reset the tire inflation warning system. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

The windshield sticker service mileage is not appropriate for my plug-in hybrid. When I signed up for the service appointment, several filter replacements were recommended, but they were not performed, which I overlooked until I got home. On a plus note, he advised that a tire sale would be coming in October.

No return phone calls. Didnt get my car in the bay until close to 2pm for inspection. We were going to buy 2 new Toyotos but not with this kind of service. We are looking elsewhere
