My Tundra was dropped off and did not enter the shop for 2 weeks. The job was supposedly to take 3 to 4 days. After calling to check after 11 days Trevor told me another vehicle was getting an engine swap, and 2 couldn’t do 2 at once. No one called to update me , nor did they work on the problem until after I spoke with the service manager and the General sales manager.

I got a text at 5:09 saying my car was done and I needed to pick it up by 5:30. No time for an Uber drive back. Person was really busy and had no time or information for me, like why my 7 month old car needs lower control arm replacements.

Tanner is very professional. He did a great job answering all of my questions, helped me avoid a tire rotation and prepared me for an upcoming tire purchase. Made some solid recommendations and tried to help me find samples on the Lot. I will be back in part because of Tanner.

It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at Pedersen. Mr Downs was rude, unresponsive and apparently, vindictive regarding my only other experience working with him when he tried to bill me for a repair that I didn’t approve. As I recall he seemed very agitated about having to eat it. I had forgoten about it but recalled it while wondering, “Why is this guy being such a jerk?”. I’m considering finding another shop for any future work on my Toyotas.
