I arrived early on purpose (parked outside) so that I could ask some questions about my newer vehicle. My guy was Tanner, but he was not available. My car was brought into the bay area. I was assigned a different advisor. Then my questions were not answered adequately, due to my car, needing to be moved through the bay area. The mechanical service and turnaround time was excellent. The questions and answers to the needs of my vehicle and the reason I brought it in were addressed. I am glad to know that the 30,000 mile required maintenance had not been done by the previous owner. I authorize them to be done. I count on my Camry and I count on Pedersen Toyota to keep me safe.
My questions that I would really like to have a good answer to:
1) How do I get something out from underneath my 2018 Toyota Camry XLE hybrid driver side seat? There is more than one pop up thing and getting to those and getting them back in, for us, is impossible
2) Why is there a yellow special sticker on the inside of my driver side door telling me of a change of 18 pounds to the load capacity… But I’m told that it means nothing. Why is it there then?

I had a designated check in time. They didn’t explain to me that if I told him I was staying around my vehicle with an expediter so I sat for extra hours that was not necessary because of people‘s lunch breaks and passing off to work to people who didn’t even know I was part of them And very bad communication
Why do we have appointment times if you cannot hold the standard to having somebody check into that appointment time in the vehicle will be worked on

Last two times l was there for service the didn't change the oil until l got back and told that it wasn't done then went ahead and did they wasted my time

Mr Reed did a wonderful job. I had all the confidence that Mr Reed would put my satisfaction first. When my vehicle was done, I started up my Tundra knowing Mr Reed did a great job and indeed it sounded good, and ran good.

Haven't gotten reply to my question about whether or not I need coolant flush. Recommendations at last service on Sat said I did, but my records indicate it was done on Feb 2 of 2024.
